Laminar and clean-air equipment

Ceiling-Suspended Laminar Airflow Units

Overhead unidirectional airflow for planned critical zones

Product overview

Ceiling-suspended laminar airflow units support application-specific overhead clean-air arrangements for defined working areas and process zones.

Operating principle

The suspended system distributes filtered supply air through the approved ceiling-level arrangement into the defined work zone.

Available configurations

Dimensions, internal layout, construction material, finishes, door arrangement, airflow path, filtration, controls and accessories are developed against the approved application and facility requirements.

Typical applications

Pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, laboratory, electronics, food-processing, automobile and precision-manufacturing facilities, subject to approved application review.

Inspection, testing and documentation

Planned checks may include approved-drawing review, incoming-material inspection, dimensional and surface-finish inspection, electrical safety checks, door-interlock testing, airflow measurement, differential-pressure verification, noise and illumination measurement, functional testing and final inspection. Filter-integrity testing, particle-count testing and site qualification are included only where specified in the approved scope.

Standards and cleanroom application

Designed for application in cleanrooms and controlled environments requiring project-specific compliance with relevant ISO 14644 requirements. Relevant filtration and cleanroom standards are considered only where applicable to the approved technical scope; ISO 14644 is not represented as a blanket product certification.

Installation and maintenance

Location, access, utilities, support structure, clearance, cable and duct interfaces, commissioning sequence and maintenance access are reviewed against approved drawings and site conditions. Final operating and maintenance guidance is issued with approved project documentation where applicable.

Frequently asked questions

Can dimensions and specifications be selected from this page?

No. Vostok develops final dimensions and technical specifications from the approved layout, workflow, process requirement and installation conditions.

Can I request a datasheet or catalogue?

Yes. Use the technical consultation or quotation request path to request the applicable project documentation. Availability depends on the approved product scope.

Are qualification documents included?

Factory documentation and optional DQ, IQ, OQ or PQ support are discussed against the approved deliverables. Site qualification is not implied as a standard inclusion.
